Aniway , ive been attending tis leadership course fer 2 solid days. Hahaa.
It was pretty long hours but everything was alright.
Ive th best teamMATES everr and th team facilitator too :D

So yeahh . Our team name was THE SIDETRACK MISFITS. (Aqil was th one who suggested th misfits)
haha . My group consists of ChongTeng,Alicia,Peggy,Jana,JuanHui,Liqing,Michelle,Maziyah,Aqil,Afiq,Danial and Fadd!!

Likeeee really. We were so enthu abt almost everything. Well all th teams were anw.
There 3 teams .
1) Frozfish 2) Adam&Eve 3) TH SIDETRACK MISFITS!
hahaha . so yeahhh.
On th scnd day was th awesomest day yet stressful day fer us.
We had to do our evacuation plan which was th sec1 orientation camp!
We had to pretend to be sec1s' fer 1 hour fer a particular grp to 'try-try' their camp schedule fer th sec1s.
Since we were supposed to be sec1s ,
we tried to be as childish as possible and tried to be kind of not operating.
It succeeded but after th whole role playing , we apologised.(:
After dat 1 hour , it was our turn to be th facilitators. Our main focus was to be PATIENT.
haha. So no matter how diff fer us to control dem , we still must cntrol dem by not scolding dem. Our team believe dat dat 'trick' is not gonna work out though. Well , dat was wad we assumed. Both teams made th role playing so extreme dat some of us just lost a lil bit of control on dem. since our main focus is patient , we calmed dwn and tried to take things lightly.
After our time is up , th teams had reflection.
Our team did good but some expectations were nt met. We were not dat disappointed and we aknowledge ppl fer their tremendous efforts.

Well , th negative points were dat we were too lenient and patient wit dem. [ Which i kinda agree ] heeeh.
Reallly. However , th positive point was dat our grp was organised.
Congrats to th other teams fer doing an awesome job.
Really , they did.
Ive learnt so much in this 2 days workshop.
Its very benefitial . And im proud i didnt 'ponteng' which i intended to do atfirst though. hahha.
